中药配合亚甲蓝注射液治疗肛裂200例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Anal Fissure with Methylene Blue Injection plus Chinese Medicine

以中药配合亚甲蓝局部注射不切断括约肌治疗肛裂200例，1周为1疗程，两疗程后统计分析疗效。治愈178例，治愈率89％；好转22例，占11％，有效率100％。全部病例随访1年以上复发21例，复发率为10．5％。结果表明，此法损伤小，易于掌握，治愈率高。

Two hundred patients were subjected to the therapy：methylene blue injection combined with Chinese medicine but without incision of sphincter, for two treatment courses（one week, each treatment course）. Then the therapeutic effects were observed and recorded statistically. As results, 178 cases were cured,account for 89% ;22 cases improved,account for 11% ;total effective rate was 100%. All the cases were followed-up for 〉 one yr. ,among whom recurrence was found in 21 cases,account for 10.5%. It is concluded that above-mentioned therapy is of much less trauma,simple manipulation and higher curative rate.
