小针刀加美蓝注射治疗陈旧性肛裂352例临床观察

Operation with Small Needle-knife Combined with Methylene Blue Injection for Chronic Anal Fissure in 352 Cases

采用小针刀行侧方内括约肌松解术加复方美蓝局部注射治疗陈旧性肛裂352例，治愈348例（98．9％），好转4例（1.1％），有效率100％。随访半年，未发生复发和肛门失禁。结果表明，小针刀加美蓝注射治疗陈旧性肛裂，较传统手术治疗操作简单，创伤小，愈合快，痛苦小。

Three hundred and fifty two patients with chronic anal fissure were subjected to the following therapy：lateral lysis of internal sphincter with small needle-knife combined with methylene blue injection. As results, 348 cases were cured（98.9%）,4 cases were improved, thus effective rate was 100% ;no recurrence and anal incontinence were found after the follow-up of 0.5 yr. These results show that compared with routine operation above-mentioned therapy has such advantages as simpler manipulation, less trauma, faster healing and less pain.
