摘要
采用改良开放侧位内括约肌切断术治疗慢性肛裂24例，治愈率100％，平均愈合时问20d，未见术后并发症，随访1年无复发。该术式可减少术后肛门锁眼畸形发生，缩短愈合时问，疗效优于肛裂切除加后位内括约肌切断术或侧位内括约肌切断术。
The improved procedure of open lateral incision of internal sphincter was adopted for treating chronic anal fissure in 24 cases. As results, curative rate was 100%,average healing time was 20 days, no postoperative complication was found,no recurrence was noticed after follow-up of one year. This procedure can reduce incidence of lock-hole malformation, shorten healing time;its therapeutic effects is superior to other routine procedures.
