电离子治疗机治疗肛门皮肤病115例疗效观察

Electro-ion Therapeutic Instrument in the Treatment of 115 Cases of Anal Dermatosis. An Effect Observation

利用多功能电离子治疗机采用点灼术治疗肛周慢性湿疹、神经性皮炎、肛门瘙痒症115例（治疗组），治愈97例，治愈率84、3％。中西药物结合治疗41例（对照组），治愈2例，治愈率4、9％。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。

One hundred and fifteen patients with anal dermatosis,including chronic perianal eczema,neurodermatitis and anal pruritus,were subjected to point burning therapy by using electro-ion therapeutic instrument（treatment group）;controlled group（ n =41 cases） to therapy of Chinese medicine combined with Western drugs. In former group 97 cases were cured,account for 84.3% （97/115）,in later group 2 cases cured,for 4.9%. It is seen that the therapeutic effects of former group is significantly better than that of later（ P 〈0.01）.
