摘要
为了探讨控制饮水量对预防肛门直肠病术后尿潴留的效果,将100例肛肠科择期手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。对照组按常规行术前准备及护理,术前禁食、水8h,术后不控制饮水量;实验组在常规护理的基础上,术前禁食8h,禁水12h.术后排尿前进食固体食物,控制饮水量在250ml以内。结果显示,实验组和对照组患者术后自然排尿、诱导后排尿及尿潴留具有显著性差异(P〈0.01,P〈0.05,P〈0.05)。结果表明,控制饮水量可预防和减少肛肠病术后尿潴留的发生。
For the objective of probing into effects of controlling drinking water-volume for preventing postoperative urine retention of anorectal disease patients,author divided 100 patient who will undergo operation timely into experimental group and controlled group ( n = 50 cases, each group). In controlled group,preoperative preparation and nursing were taken as routine, preoperative fast and avoiding water took for 8h,after operation drinking water-volume was not controlled; in experimental group, on base of routine preoperative preparation,nursing,and fast same with controlled group,only water avoiding up to for 12h,and after operation up to before urination patients only dieted solid food,and their drinking watervolumes were controlled within 250ml. Results showed that in such aspects of natural urination,induced urination and urine retention,there were significant differences( P 〈0.01, P 〉0.05, P 〉0. 05 ,respectively) between both groups. It is concluded that controlling drinking water-volume can prevent and reduce in cidence of urine retention after operation for anorectal diseases.
