摘要
微乳化技术由于具有装置简单、操作方便、粒径小、粒度分布窄且可严格重复等优势,常用于无机纳米粒子的制备。介绍了以溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTAB)/正丁醇/环己烷/水的油包水(W/O)型微乳体系中的微乳液滴为微反应器,通过微反应器中增溶的铝盐和沉淀剂发生反应,制备高质量球形氧化铝纳米粉体。按正交表L9(34)安排正交试验,通过方差分析确定了制备氧化铝纳米粉体的最佳工艺条件为:A l(NO3)3的浓度0.75 mol/L,煅烧温度800℃,煅烧时间1 h,在此条件下所制得的氧化铝纳米粉体的平均粒径为61 nm。
The microemulsion technique is commonly used in the preparation of inorganic nano -particle due to its advantages of simple facility, easy operation and small size and uniform size distribution of particles. The CTAB/n - butyla alcohol cyclohexane/water W/O type microemulsion system as micro - reactor is introduced. The solubilized aluminum salt is reacted with precipitant in micro -reactor and the high quality spheric Al2O3 nano -powder can be produced. The optimum process conditions can be determined according to the orthogonal test[ L9 ( 3^4 ) ] and variance analysis. When the concentration of AI(NO3 )3 is 0.75 mol/L, calcination temperature is 800 ℃ and calcination time is 1 h, the Al2O3 nano -powder with average size of 61 nm can be obtained.
