氟硅酸钠主要用于其他氟硅酸盐及氟化物、玻璃、陶瓷等行业的生产,针对国内氟硅酸钠生产企业普遍存在技术停滞不前的现状,从工艺角度对云南三环化工股份有限公司的氟硅酸钠生产进行了总结,介绍了氟硅酸钠的主要化学性质和用途;原料氟硅酸和氯化钠的适宜浓度和预处理方法;控制钠离子过量系数使产率稳定在92%以上;改变投料顺序生产不同粒度产品以满足用户需求;适宜的搅拌功率和干燥方式,以及废水的综合利用与处理方法,均给出了理论说明。对新建项目技术路线的选择亦提出了建议。

Sodium fluosilicate is mainly used for the production of other fluosilicates and fluorides, glass and ceramic in - dustries. In view of the technique of sodium fluosilicate production remaining sluggish in China,the company has summarized its existing production of sodium fluosilicate. Which includes introducing the chemical property and uses of sodium fluosilicate; the pretreatment method and proper concentrations of fluosilicic acid and sodium chloride ; the way of making the productivity over 92% by controlling the Na^＋ excess coefficient; producing various granularity products by changing the adding material sequence;proper agitation power and drying style and comprehensive utilization and disposing method of waste water. And also the theoretical explaination is given. Meanwhile, some suggestions for the selection of newly - construction project are put forward.
