中西医结合治疗疱疹性口炎40例疗效观察

Clinical study of combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine in treatment of 40 child patients with herpetic stomatitis

目的:观察中西医结合治疗疱疹性口炎的疗效。方法:76例疱疹性口炎患儿随机分为西医治疗组(对照组)36例和中西医结合治疗组(治疗组)40例。对照组采用抗病毒、抗感染及常规对症支持治疗;治疗组除常规支持治疗外应用自拟、自制中药汤剂治疗。结果:治疗组主要症状、体征如体温恢复正常、流涎消失、溃疡愈合及局部淋巴结消失时间均短于对照组。显效率及总有效率治疗组分别为80.0%和95.0%,明显优于对照组36.1%和69.4%,经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗疱疹性口炎比单纯西医治疗疗效更优越,可快速改善症状并提高治愈率。

Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese and western medicine in treating children with herpetic stomatitis. Methods： 76 cases with herpetic stomatitis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （n = 36） were treated with routine supports of western medicine, including antibacterium and antivirus while the treatment group （ n = 40 ） were treated with traditional Chinese decoction in addition to routine medicines. Results： In treatment group, the chief symptoms and physicle signs such as body temperature, salivation, oral ulcer and lymph nodes got better in a shorter time than in the control group. The total effective rate and produce effects rate in the treatment group were 95.0% and 80.0%, but 69.4% and 36.1% in the control group, There was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions： Chinese medicine has been superior in treatment of herpetic stomatitis in children, which can rapidly improve the chief symptota and physical signs, and promote the curative rate.
