跌打止痛巴布膏体外皮肤局部药物动力学 被引量:6

摘要 目的:考察跌打止痛巴布膏中蛇床子素和丁香酚在皮肤的残留量与时间的关系,研究中药复方经皮给药系统的局部药动学。方法:采用Franz扩散池法,HPLC测定扩散12h后接受池中各成分的浓度,作为不同时间给药皮肤中蛇床子素和丁香酚的残留量。结果:以一室模型拟合,蛇床子素的药动学参数Cmax(μg·ml-1)、AUC(μg.ml-1·h)、tmax(h)、t1/2ke(h)依次为0.83±1.33、23.19±3.74、10.26±0.13、7.10±0.28;丁香酚的药动学参数依次为2.13±0.83,52.67±2.56、9.07±0.09、6.29±0.15。结论:跌打止痛巴布膏中蛇床子素和丁香酚的皮肤药动学特征反映了巴布膏的长效和局部治疗作用。 Objective: To study the relationship between deposition and time of the osthol and eugenol in rat skin, and investigate the topical pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine complex prescription. Method: Franz diffusing cell was used, the contents of osthol and eugenol were determined after 12 h by HPLC, the results was the residual amount in rat skin at different time. Result: With one compartment model, the main pharmacokinetic parameters of osthol : Cmax (μg·ml^- 1 ) ,AUC(μg·ml^-1 ·h), t1/2ke ( h ) tmax ( h ) were 0.83±1, 33,23.19 ± 3.74,10.26±0.13,7.10 ±0.28 respectively; parameters of eugenol were 2.13±0.83,52.67 ±2.56, 9.07±0.09,6.29±0.15, respectively. The concentration-time curves of two ingriedents keep stable in 48 h. Conclusion: The skin pharmacokinetics characteristic of two ingriedents in Diedazhitong cataplasm was lined with the cataplasm's long time and topical therapatic preparation.
