摘要
针对国内还未制造出功能完善的钢球外观检验机现状,我们设计出了一种基于可编程控制器的钢球外观检验控制系统。本文提出了可编程控制器控制系统预防电磁抗干扰的措施,分析计算了检验系统的时序性质与检验时间。叙述了可编程控制器产生控制时序的方法。
We aimed at the status quo that our country had not produced one machine including all the functions of steel-ball facies inspection and designed the system based on PLC. This article proposed the preventive measures against electromagnetic disturbance and analysed the property of the inspection system and the inspection time. This article also recounted the measure of producing the time series for control.
