摘要
介绍了国际结构安全度联合委员会（ＪＣＳＳ）推荐的用于结构可靠性计算的改进型一次二价矩法（ＦｉｒｓｔＯｒｄｅｒ，ＳｅｃｏｎｄＭｏｍｅｎｔ），简称为ＡＦＯＳＭ法或ＪＣ法，将其推广到岩土工程系统，并给出算例。
Numerical calculation means is extensively applied to solving the reliability target on geotechnical system. The FOSM, which is recommended by JCSS arid used structural calculation, is popularized here to geotechnical system with instances.
