本文介绍了采用多传感器综合监测技术的汽车发动机故障诊断专家系统。总结了汽车发动机常见故障,建立了汽车发动机典型故障集。介绍了汽车发动机的故障征兆提取方法,建立了汽车发动机故障征兆集。提出了一种基于模糊规则汽车发动机故障诊断方法。设计了基于模糊规则的发动机故障诊断专家系统,并通过实例证明了该诊断系统的有效性。

A fault diagnosis system of engine guide leafing based on multi sensor data fusionis presented in this paper. The faults leading to reducing the engine are summarized briefly. The typical fault set of engine is built, A method of extracting fault symptoms is given, Consequently,the fault symptoms set is built, too. a scheme for diagnosing fault of engine based on fuzzy rules is presented. The engine fault diagnosis system based on fuzzy rules was desgined. The validity of this fault diagnosis system has been proved by an example.
