摘要
动态压缩装置是研究散体材料整体力学性能的试验装置,为了获得准确的试验结果,必须建立配套的测试系统。本文根据实际情况,组成了测试硬件系统。在Labview平台上,开发了测试软件系统,实现了多传感器同步采集功能,并使用滤波器排除了干扰信号。进行试验测试,获得了满意的测试结果。首次解决了散体材料在高速冲击载荷下力学性能无法试验研究的问题,为进一步研究散体材料的力学性能起到了关键作用。
Dynamic press device is used to study the total mechanical property of granular matter. In order to obtain the exact test result, Matching test system must be set up, According to practical problem, test hardware system is composed. Test software system is based on Labview, in which synchronal acquisition for many sensors is realized and interfere signal is removed by filter. Satisfied test result is obtained in experimentation. The problem that mechanics characteristics of granular matter under high impulsive load can not be studied by test is solved. Dynamic press device plays an important role for next reseach.
