摘要
利用集对分析理论(SPA)描述水安全系统中存在的不确定性问题,提出了基于集对分析的水安全评价法.该方法用联系度去描述有关不确定性问题,充分利用研究问题中所包含的信息,不仅能反映评价区域的水安全趋势,还避免了以往评价需要计算权重的问题.应用结果表明,该分析方法简单实用,可用于区域水安全的分析评价.
The set pair analysis is used to solve the uncertainty problem in water safety system, and a water safety evaluation method is proposed. The method can not only reflect the trend of regional water safety, but also avoid calculating the weights. The application of the method to practical cases and the comparison of the calculated results with those obtained from the function curve evaluation model show that the set pair analysis is simple and applicable, and can be used for evaluation of regional water safety.
