摘要
通过W AXD对尼龙1313的结晶结构以及晶型间的相互转变进行了研究,发现尼龙1313在常温下结晶易形成γ晶型,当热处理温度升至110℃时,晶型转变为α晶型。在相同温度下结晶不同的时间,晶型不发生变化,而结晶时间的不同,只会导致结晶完善程度的差别。通过DSC对尼龙1313的熔融行为进行了研究。尼龙1313样品经过不同的热处理后,其熔融行为发生较大的变化,出现了两个熔融峰,低温熔融峰与退火温度相近,在熔融过程中,当温度升高到退火温度时即发生熔融,出现一熔融峰。
Wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) has been used to investigate the structural parameters of the solid state of nylon 1313 annealed at different temperatures. The γ form of nylon1313 could be transformed from the a form when nylon 1313 crystallized from low temperature to high temperature 110℃. At the same temperature, as the time changed, crystal form doesn't change. After the samples of nylonl313 undergo different heat treatment, the melting behaviors change a lot. The size and position of the endothermic peaks are strongly related to annealing temperature.
