摘要
利用乙二醇和表面活性剂聚N-乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)对二氧化硅进行表面改性,制得疏水性纳米二氧化硅,粒径约39 nm。在机械搅拌和超声场的共同作用下,将改性纳米二氧化硅分散到醇酸清漆中,获得纳米二氧化硅复合涂料。采用称量法和电化学法测试了涂层的吸水性,结果表明,纳米二氧化硅的加入降低了醇酸清漆的吸水率。文中对纳米二氧化硅改性醇酸清漆吸水性改善的原因进行了分析。
Hydrophobic nano-SiO2 particles were prepared by glycol and PVP, and the diameter of nano- SiO2 was about 39 nm. Using stiring and ultrasonic dispersing, nano-SiO2 composite coating was obtained by adding nano-SiO2 into varnish. The water adsorption of films of organic coating was investigated using gravimetric method and step and square wave method . The results show that water adsorbed in nano-composite coating films decreases by adding modified nano- SiO2.
