摘要
采用双螺杆共混挤出方法,研究了极性化SBS在尼龙6体系中的增韧作用,讨论了极性单体含量、丁二烯/苯乙烯嵌段比、极性化SBS含量、尼龙6相对黏度等条件的影响,分析了极性化SBS增韧尼龙6的流变行为、加工性能及微观相态结构。
It studied the toughening effects of new type elastomer polarized SBS toughened PA6 with twin-serew eompounding method, diseussed the effeets of eontent of polar monomer, ratio of S/B, content of polarized SBS and viscosity of PA6, analyzed the rheologieal behavior, proeessing properties and miero-strueture of the title blends. Compared with SBS, the eompatibility of polarized SBS with PA6 is improved. The Polarized SBS has good toughening effect on PA6 composite, especially glass fiber reinforced PA6. In PA6/PSBS composite, the suitable PS- BS content is 10%-15%, and In PA6/Fibre glass/PSBS composite, the suitable PSBS content is 5%-10%.
