重组人干扰素α2a凝胶剂的制备

Preparation of rhIFN α 2 a gel

[目的]制备重组人干扰素α2 a凝胶剂,并研究部分药效和毒理学.[方法]以羧甲基纤维素钠为基质制备重组人干扰素凝胶剂,利用FL传代细胞检测凝胶在体外培养单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)的抑制作用,并进行家兔体内局部用药毒性试验及稳定性试验.[结果]重组人干扰素α2 a凝胶剂的稳定性良好,局部用药未见皮肤刺激反应及急性毒性反应,对HSV-Ⅱ的抑制效果优于对HSV-Ⅰ.[结论]重组人干扰素α2 a凝胶剂具有制备工艺简单、稳定性好及无毒副作用等特点,且对HSV有明显的抑制作用.

OBJECTIVE To prepare rhlFN α 2 a gel and study on its effectiveness and toxicology METHODS CMC-Na was used as the gel base, the pharmacological effects of anti-HSV in vitro was studied with FL cell, the toxicity in topical administration was tested with animals and the stability test was performed RESULTS The gel was stable, no skin stimulation and acute toxicity was found, and its antiviral effects on HSV-Ⅰ was better than that on HSV-Ⅱ . CONCLUSION The preparation technique of rhlFN α 2 a gel is simple, and the gel is stable in quality and nontoxic, and that can inhibit HSV effectively
