朝鲜族和汉族居民不同类型高血压患病现况调查

Comparative study on different types of hypertension among the Korean nationality and Han nationality

[目的]比较分析延边地区朝鲜族和汉族居民不同类型高血压的患病水平.[方法]于2004年8月—2005年8月,在延边地区图们市和安图县4个镇内随机抽取30岁以上朝鲜族和汉族居民1 786人,进行血压检查.[结果]朝鲜族男女的高血压粗患病率及标准化患病率均明显高于汉族;朝鲜族男性单纯收缩性高血压粗患病率及其标准化患病率均明显高于汉族男性,汉族女性的单纯收缩性高血压标准化患病率明显高于朝鲜族女性;朝鲜族女性单纯舒张性高血压粗患病率明显高于汉族女性,朝鲜族男女单纯舒张性高血压标准化患病率均高于汉族;朝鲜族男女收缩性及舒张性高血压粗患病率及标准化患病率均明显高于汉族.[结论]延边地区朝鲜族和汉族人群不同类型高血压患病水平存在明显的差异.

OBJECTIVE To compare the prevalence level of different types of hypertension among the Korean nationality and Han nationality in countryside community of Yanbian area. METHODS Using simple randomized principia, 1 786 people of the Korean nationality and Han nationality aged ≥30 years from August 2004 to August 2005 in four town, Antu and Tumen of Yanbian area were selected. RESULTS The crude rate and the age-adjusted prevalence of hypertension in the Korean nationality were significantly higher than those in the Han nationality in both sexes. For male, the crude rate and the age-adjusted prevalence of ISH in the Korean nationality were significantly higher than those in the Han nationality. For female, the age-adjusted prevalence of ISH in the Han nationality was significantly higher than that in the Korean nationality. The crude rate and the age-adjusted prevalence of IDH in the Korean nationality were significantly higher than those in the Han nationality in both sexes. The crude rate and the age-adjusted prevalence of SDH in the Korean nationality were significantly higher than those in the Han nationality in both sexes. CONCLUSION The prevalence level of different types of hypertension among the Korean nationality and Han nationality in countryside community of Yanbian area were significantly different.
