摘要
随着竞争的加剧,项目规模的不断扩大,复杂度越来越高,更多的组织以联盟形式对项目进行管理。在工程项目领域中,由多个组织根据自身利益需要而组成的管理联盟,不仅能够较好地适应项目发展的要求,也能克服现行管理体制下条块划分僵化的障碍。联盟给每个成员带来的除了市场份额方面的利益外,在提升组织竞争能力、资源综合利用和消化学习成果并形成新的能力等方面,也必将得到巨大的回报。
With the keen competition,the project,on a larger scale,is becoming more and more complex.As a result,more and more organizations adopt a mode of project management.In the field of engineering construction in China,for some historical reasons,the items are rigidly divided,the qualification is highly specialized,and many partners are involved in a project.All these bring more trouble to the management.In current situation,it is good chance and alternative to manage the project in the mode of alliance.It not only brings the shares of market to each member,but also has ample rewards in many aspects such as competition capacity of an organization,comprehensive utilization of resources,absorption of achievements in learning to develop a new ability,and so on.
