摘要
采用FLUENT6.0软件对整个螺旋隔板花瓣管单管换热器的一段的流场、温度场进行数值模拟,结果显示壳程内的主体流动趋势仍是螺旋状,但在翅片附近速度场的大小和方向变化较大,证明翅片的存在激发了流体的边界层分离和湍动,从而强化了传热。
In this paper, FLUENT6.0 software is used to carry on the numerical simulation to flow field, temperature field and pressure field one section of helical baffles petal - shaped fin tube single - tube exchanger. The results show trend of flow of the main fluid presents still helical form, but size and direction of velocity field change greater around fins, it is proved that existence of fins disturb boundary layer of fluid and promote its separation and turbulent motion, thus enhance heat transfer.
