Focusing on the realistic difficulty of the construction of polytechnic education＇s ＇ credit hour bank＇ , it is necessary to coordinate and resolve the three contradictions--the contradiction of target position of polytechnic education, the contradiction of system and regime and the contradiction of management in order to push the ＂credit hour bank＂ reform further in a active and solid way.
