针对继电器机械触点寿命短,电子开关抗过载能力差的问题,开发了基于PIC16F877单片机的一种价格低廉的控制器,用于轴承套圈自动车床的控制。介绍了控制器的工作原理及其软、硬件设计方案。
Since the mechanical contact of relay has poor life and the overload capacity of electronic switch is low, a cheap controller baed on SCM PLC16F877 is developed,used to control the CNC lathe for bearing ring.The work principle is recommended as well as design scheme of both software and hardware concerning this controller.
