摘要
陶瓷球的滚动接触疲劳寿命是评价陶瓷球能否用于滚动轴承的重要依据,为了确保陶瓷球的可靠性,最大限度地延长其使用寿命,利用新研制的三点接触纯滚动加速疲劳试验机对陶瓷球和钢球进行了对比试验。结果表明,与GCr15钢球相比,氮化硅陶瓷球的温升明显低于钢球;额定寿命低于钢球,中值寿命与特征寿命优于钢球。
The RCF life of ceramic balls is an improtant parameter to evaluate whether the balls are suitable to rolling bearings. In order to ensure the reliability of ceramic balls and prolong their fatigue lives, a newly developed pure rolling accelerative fatigue test rig with three- point contact is used to perform the comparing test for ceramic balls and steel balls. It is concluded that the temperature rise and the rated life of silicon nitride ceramic balls are lower than those of steel GCr15 balls, but in terms of median life and feature life,the former is superior to the latter.
