清毒栓治疗宫颈糜烂98例临床疗效观察

Curative effect of Qingdu Pessary on 98 cases of erosive cervicitis

目的观察清毒栓治疗宫颈糜烂的治疗效果。方法98例确诊宫颈糜烂患者,于月经干净后3d阴道用药,隔日用1次,10次为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。结果治愈32例,占32.653%;显效32例,占32.653%;有效23例,占23.469%;无效11例,占11.225%,总有效率为88.775%。宫颈糜烂程度越轻,疗效越好。结论清毒栓治疗宫颈糜烂疗效确切,是一种安全、有效、无副反应的中药外用制剂。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Qingdu Pessary on erosive cervicitis. Method The patients with diagnosed erosive cervicitis （n=98） were given Qingdu Pessary once every other day 3 days after menstruation. A treatment course included 10 times and the patients were treated continuously for two courses. Result There were 32 cases cured （32.653 %）, 32 cases with approving results （32.653 %）, 23 cases with good results （23.469 %） and 11 cases without any results （11.225 %）. The total effective rate was 88.775 %. The less serious erosive cervicitis, the better of curative effect was. Conclusion Qingdu Pessary has a reliable effect on erosive cervicitis and it is a safe and effective external preparation of Chinese medicine without adverse reaction.
