摘要
大学生预备党员的党员意识养成要有机制作保证。文章从需要理论视角,分析了大学生预备党员的党员意识教育现状,提出应构建大学生预备党员党员意识养成的四个机制。
As probationary party members among university students, party member mentality ought to be cultivated, which should be guaranteed with certain mechanisms. From the aspect of demand theory, this paper uncovers the present state of the education aiming at developing this awareness. Based on the analysis, the authors suggest four specific mechanisms.
