摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,传统的刚性管理模式越来越不能适应企业快速发展的需要,柔性管理应运而生,成为企业发展的新趋势。文章从人力资源管理的柔性化入手,介绍了柔性化人力资源管理的基本特征,并分析了企业应如何进行柔性的人力资源管理,旨在为企业完善柔性化人力资源管理提供借鉴。
With the approach of the era of knowledge-based economy, the conventional rigid mode of management is getting less and less adaptable to the requirement of the rapid development of enterprises. Flexible management arises hence as the times demand, and has become a new trend in the development of enterprises. In this paper, from perspectives of the flexibility of human resources management, we introduce some basic characteristics of this specific means of management. Furthermore, we analyze the way it should be scientifically exploited in enterprises, with the intention of providing the enterprise with references on how to perfect this distinctive mode of management.
