摘要
本文以水为主要溶剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法制得了性能良好的TiO2溶胶,并对溶胶颗粒的粒度及其分布、溶胶性能的影响因素以及凝胶的晶相、尺寸进行了研究,得出了最佳的工艺参数。
TiO2 sol with good properties was prepared by Sol-gel method in which water worked as the main solvent. Sol particle size and its distribution, effects on the properties of sol, crystal type of gel and the grain size were analyzed in this paper,and the optimal parameters was obtained.
