本文把节煤看作是一个系统性工程,根据系统论观点,结合节煤管理的实际特点,确定了开展节煤的思路和方法,通过实际运用,取得了较好的效果。
Coal conservation is a systematic project. According to the system of perspective and the management features of coal conservation, identified for the ideas and methods. It achieved good results through practical application.
