摘要
面对技术、竞争、供求、全球化等市场变革,电信企业受到了前所未有的挑战和冲击。为了在新的形势下继续生存和发展,国外电信运营商率先进行了转型实践,与此同时,我国的电信企业也在积极探索转型的道路。在技术很难再成为电信企业主导优势的情况下,个性化、差异化的服务将成为企业赢得市场的法宝,因此电信企业应该在转型的过程中,打破现有的服务模式,实现服务的创新,从而增强企业的核心竞争力。
Confronted with market changes of techniques, competition, supply and demand, and globalization etc, telecommunication corporations are subjected to unprecedented challenges and shocks. In order to survive and develop in such a new situation, telecommunication corporations abroad took the lead in mould transformation. Meanwhile, Chinese counterparts are positively probing ways to mould transformation. Referring to the fact that techniques are no longer the dominant preponderance of telecommunication corporations, individualization and diversity service will he the magic weapons to win their markets. Hence telecommunication corporations should, during the process of mould transformation, drop the present strengthen their core competitive forces. service pattern, and achieve service innovation, thereby strengthen their core competitive forces.
