摘要
本文针对装有摆式激振电机的新型振动机械进行了动特性分析及实验研究。文中先建立了线性时变系统的微分方程;进而对其进行了数字仿真,得到了该系统的运动规律;并在实验中得到了验证,最后,对所研究的系统进行了参数灵敏度分析。从整个分析过程可知,对装有摆式激振电机的振动机械,只要合理设计摆杆,橡胶轴承、系统支承和电机的参数,就能使振动机械沿给定方向作稳定的简谐振动,同时所设计的系统具有较强的鲁棒性,从而证实了这种新型振动机械不仅具有经济、可靠、通用性强的优点。
This paper first, in China, presents a new vibration machine with pendulous motor. The dynamic performance and sensitivity of the system are studied. The vibration law is first obtained by digital simulations, and then is tested and verified by physical experiments. Through the above study, the following two conclusions can be achieved: 1. If the suitable parameters in the system are chosen, the system can reach a stable harmonic motion along the given direction, and in the meantime, is of strong robustness. 2. The system is not only economical, reliable and universal, but also good in dynamic performance.
