The ultimate aim of socialist harmonious society is to realize the individual development in an all-around and free way. To realize this aim, it is necessary to achieve fair and reasonable social justice embodying the values of equality and justness to ensure the individual development in an all-around and free way. The realization of equality and justice of socialist harmonious society depends on fair opportunity and openness of social stratum system, reasonable benefit enjoyment system and freely all-around individual development system.
