Analysis of the Factors that Influence the Function of the University Science-park Incubator

作为高校科技成果转化的基地、产学研合作平台及企业孵化基地,高校科技园孵化器的宗旨是向科技创业者提供优质的创业环境。本文旨在以苗床理论、地区创造性理论、技术创新理论等解释高校科技园及孵化器产生其成长的理论为基础,提出影响高校科技园孵化器功能发挥的五大基本要素,并揭示高校科技园孵化器功能发挥的关键要素,为高校科技园孵化器建设的进一步研究与实践提供参考和借鉴。

As the transformation yard of technical achievements of the universities, the corporation platform among industries, universities and research institutes and the incubation base of the enterprises, the aim of University Science-park Incubator is to provide the environment for the technical pioneers to do pioneering work. Based on the incubator theory, the local creative theory and the technology creation theory, this paper indicates that there are five basic factors which influence the display of the function of the University Science-park Incubator and shows that the key factor is the administration system. The research results provide the experience for the further research and practice of the construction of the University Science-park Incubator.
