摘要
以对我国教育机构组织文化调查中可靠的信息为依据,以桑恩得斯和布赫高尼的组织文化理论为指导,以中国的文化传统和现实背景为视角,探讨与发展有中国特色的学习机构组织文化。它着重阐述了寻找东、西方文化的融合点,发展机构内部网上交流平台和提倡组队工作、加强学术交流等组织文化发展策略。
Making a comprehensive survey of the whole world, it is easy to find that each learning institute has its own learning environment and organizational culture, which has deep impact on learning mode. According to Saunders, Britain’s educationist, “It is the organizational culture and environment which ultimately shapes the learning experience rather than the technology itself”. Based on the reliable information on organizational culture of education institute in China as well as Saunders and Burgoyne’s organizational culture theory, this paper analyzed the possibility of developing organizational culture of learning institute which bears Chinese characteristics. It emphasizes the overlapping points of the West and the East cultures and proposes the strategy, such as developing the communicative platform within institutes, advocating team work and strengthening academic communication.
