摘要
通过实地考察发现,国企工人拒绝不平等,是因为收入的不平等分配,以及企业组织治理结构中的权利不平等分配不利于“最不利者”———工人。事实上,工人拒绝的不平等并非是纯粹不公正的,但他们却对不平等一概加以拒绝。作为权利不平等分配中的“最不利者”,工人只有通过依附于企业管理层才能实现自己的期望。当不平等分配中两极之间的分化不断加重,“最不利者”无法通过法定权利实现期望而又面临生存危机时,他们就会一概地拒绝不平等,最极端的情形就是否定市场经济。总之,“最不利者”在多大程度上平等地享有组织中的权利是制约其对不平等的态度的关键变量。因此,扩大工人在企业组织治理结构中的权利,是中国国企体制改革中的一项较为紧迫的任务。
The reason that workers refuse inequality has been found as the uneven payment and distribution of right in the administration organization will do no good to workers for they own the least benefits. In fact, although some do not belong to complete injustice, the inequality has been refused thoroughly by workers. As the least-benefit owners, the only way to carry out their expectation is to attach to the industry management echelon. Consequently, as the gap enlarges between the two ends of inequal distribution,workers will refuse every inequality for they have no right to realize their expectation and have to face the survival crises. They may go to the extreme of denouncing market economy. To sum up, the degree that least--benefit owners take right in the management organization has become the key variable which influences their attitude towards inequality. Therefore, it's reasonable to believe it a pressing project in Chinese State-Enterprises reform to enlarge workers" right in the organization of industry management.
