42例小儿心律失常的心电图临床分析

Clinical analysis of electrocardiogram of 42 children with arrhythmia

目的:分析小儿心律失常的常见病因。方法:选取心电图检查表现为心律失常的患儿共42例,分析其临床病因。结果:42例患儿中感染性疾病35例;非感染性疾病7例;感染性疾病类型依次为上呼吸道感染、急性肠炎、流行性腮腺炎。结论:小儿心律失常的病因以感染性疾病为主,大多预后良好。

Objective To analyse the common cause of child＇s arrhythmia. Methods 42 children patients, whose electrocardiogram showed as arrhythmia,were selected and ,clinical causes of disease were analyzed. Results Of 42 children patients, 35 cases were of infectious diseases and only 7 cases were of non- infectious diseases. These types of infectious diseases were infection of upper respiratory tract, acute enteritis and mumps. Conclusion Infectious diseases are the major causes of child＇s arrhythmia. And the prognosis is good for most of them.
