浅谈下颌总义齿的固位

Discussion on the retention of mandibular full denture

目的:探讨增强下颌总义齿固位力的因素。方法:选择2例下颌牙槽嵴条件较差的患者,采用增强固位力的方法实行义齿制作。结果:适度伸展下颌基托边缘,既增强义齿固位又不影响舌体的功能活动;适当降低下颌义齿的牙合平面及尽量增大舌的功能空间均利于下颌总义齿的固位。结论:克服下颌牙槽嵴低平的不利条件关键是增强义齿固位力。

Objective To explore the factors that strengthen the retention of mandibular full denture. Methods Choosing two cases with bad mandibular alveolar condition; using several measures that can strengthen the retention to make dentures. Results Extending the rim of mandibular base plate moderately can strengthen denture retention, and not affecting the functional motion of tongue, both reducing the height of mandibular occlusal plane moderately and enlarging the functional space of tongue are good for the retention. Conclusion Overcoming the problem of serious lowness of mandibular alveolar ridge is the key to strengthening the retention of mandibular full denture.
