近年来,中国城乡差距有扩大的趋势,经济发展的二元特征更加明显,深层次原因是城乡人力资本投资的机会不均等和劳动力流动与迁移中城乡人力资本的不同溢出效应。要缩小城乡差距,打破经济的二元结构,就要加大政府对农村的人力资本投资。

In China, the disparity between urban and rural development is widening, which makes the dual economic characteristics become more typical. The main reason lies in unequal investment and different spillover effects of human capital for urban and rural areas. In order to reduce the disparities between the two areas and change China＇ s dual economic structure, the government should increase human capital investment in rural areas.
