By the comparison to the lubrication effect of the transmitting gear pair in 3.6×4m ball mill of SanShiMuDi Concentration Plant in JinChenDui Molybdenum Industry Group Co., Ltd. before and after the innovation, demonstrates the excellent lubrica-tion effect after the automatic spray lubrication is applied to the trans- mitting gear pair of the ball mill and its broad application prospect. Meanwhile, it detailedly introduces the KPY-Ⅲ automatic spray lubri- cation system about its working principle and characteristic.
