This article explains the cause of different credit risk between provinces, and brings forward the concept and significance of regional credit rating. It also provides an effective method of regional credit rating on the basis of multiattributes decision theory. Furthermore, this paper offers reference ideas on how to select and measure the indexes of regional credit rating.
