摘要
通过对企业组织创新的调查研究表明,人因风险是组织创新失效最重要的根源之一。本文基于实证研究,建立了导致组织创新风险的人因结构图,然后采用AM OS4.0建立了结构方程模型并对其进行了检验。分析结果表明,领导者的基本素质、决策失误、道德风险等是导致组织创新失败的关键因素。
The survey indicates that the human factor risk is one of the most important causes which result in the invalidation of organizational innovation. This paper builds up the structure chart of the human factor leading to organization innovation risk on the base of demonstration research, Then it sets up a structural equation model and tests its validation by adopting AMOS4.0. The analysis result expresses that leaders' basic diathesis, decision error and moral risk etc. are the key factors to the invalidation of organizational innovation.
