Breeding and Utilization of Fine-quality Restorer Line Yihui 3003 in Rice

水稻优质恢复系宜恢3003系四川省宜宾市农科所用5279S与紫稻NP35/R16的中间材料复合杂交选育而成,具有株型佳、恢复力强、配合力好、稻米品质优、花粉量足、制种产量高等特点。组配的杂交稻新组合宜优3003已通过四川省品种审定,宜香3003通过国家和重庆品种审定。

Yihui 3003, developed from the cross with 5279S as the female and a selected plant from the progeny of NP35 （purple rice）/R16 as the male, is a new fine quality restorer line in rice. It is characteristic of good plant type, strong restoring ability, high combining ability, good grain quality, heavy pollen load and high seed production yield. Among its hybrids, Yiyou 3003 （ Ⅱ - 32A/Yihui 3003） was registered in Sichuan in 2004, and Yixiang 3003 （Yixiang 1A/Yihui 3003） was registered nationwide and in Chongqing in 2004.
