枳实消痞汤治疗功能性消化不良50例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 50 Cases of Functional Dyspepsia Treated by Zhishi Xiaopi Decoction

目的:观察枳实消痞汤治疗动力障碍型功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者随机分为枳实消痞治疗组和吗丁啉对照组,主要观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为92%,而对照组总有效率仅为63%,且治疗组在改善各症状,尤其是在改善腹胀、早饱、嗳气、上腹不适等方面的作用更为突出。结论:枳实消痞汤能明显消除或减轻动力障碍型功能性消化不良患者的临床症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on dynamical obstruction of functional dyspepsia treated by Zhishi Xiaopi decoction. Method： 50 cases were randomly divided into Zhishi Xiaopi decoction group（ treatment group） and Motilium group（ control group）, the mainly clinical effects were observed in the two groups, Results： The effective rate in the treatment group was 92% and 93% in the control group. The improvement of symptoms such as abdominal distension,belching and epigastric discomfort was significant in the treatment group. Conclusion ： Zhishi Xiaopi decoction could dispel or alleviate the clinical symptoms of dynamical obstruction of functional dyspepsia.
