摘要
目的:观察益气养阴活血方治疗2型糖尿病并视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:治疗组30例采用益气养阴活血法治疗,对照组21例予怡开治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率为90.9%,而对照组仅为65.7%,两组比较,P<0.01;且治疗组对中医证候的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:益气养阴活血方确能有效保护周细胞,从而防止视网膜毛细血管基底膜增殖。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect on retinopathy complicated by type 2 diabetes treated by Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction. Method：30 cases in the treatment group were treated by Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction and 21 cases in the control group were treated by Pancreatic Kinionogenase . Results： The effective rate in the treatment group was 90.9% and 65.7% in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The improvement of symptoms complex of TCM was significantly superior to that in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction could protect pericytes effectively to prevent the hyperplasia of retinal capillary basilar membrane.
