摘要
龙滩水电站地处桂西北,多年平均气温20.1℃,每年高温季节长达7个月以上,而龙滩碾压混凝土重力坝施工要求全年进行,因此解决高温季节的施工难题是保证龙滩工程顺利建设的首要前提。为此,着重研究了原材料选择、配合比设计、降温防护、快速施工、通水冷却等多项措施,为龙滩工程在高温季节下,碾压混凝土重力坝的施工提供了保证。
The Longtan Hydropower Station is located in the northwestern part of Guangxi. The annual average temperature at the dam construction area is 20.1℃, with 7 hot-months in a year. The RCC placement for Longtan Gravity Dam is required in a continuous way throughout the whole year. To solve the difficulties for the RCC placement under the hot weather is one of the most important priority to ensure the concrete placement progressively and smoothly. There should be several measures combined together to control RCC temperature, however, this paper focuses upon comments of the selection of the raw materials, RCC mix proportion, lowering temperature, quick placement and cooling measure, etc., which ensures the construction of RCC gravity dam for Longtan Hydropower Station under hot season.
