摘要
碾压混凝土初凝时间是确定层面允许间歇时间的主要依据,初凝时间的长短会影响到施工工艺和质量控制措施。通过对碾压混凝土具有触变复原性质的贯入阻力临界值的研究,探讨了其初凝时间的确定方法。研究结果表明,碾压混凝土初凝时间的确定也应与常态混凝土一样,是在一定贯入阻力(5~7M Pa)范围内两条较相关直线的交点,而不能没有贯入阻力这个限制条件。
The RCC initial-set time is the main basis of determining layer intermission time. The length of initial-set time affects the construction techniques and quality control measures. The criterion of probe resistance of rehabilitation nature was studied in order to explore the measurement method of RCC initial-set time. Research has shown that RCC initial-set time should also be identified with normal concrete. It should definitely run into probe resistance in (5~7MPa) within two straight over the intersection, and can not run into the resistance constraints.
