摘要
目的:建立熊胆降热胶囊中儿茶素的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定儿茶素的含量。结果:十批样品儿茶素的含量限度均不少于2.0mg/粒,平均回收率为99.37%,RSD等于1.53%。结论:方法简便可行,重现性好,可很好地控制熊胆降热胶囊的内在质量。
Objective： To establish the methods on determining the content of catechin in xiongdanjingre capsule. Methods： The content of catechin was determined by HPLC method. Results： The content of catechin in the samples of ten groups was not less than 2.0 mg every pill, The average recovery rate was 99.37% ,and RSD was 1.53 %. Conclusion：HPLC method is simple and convenient, which can well controlled the internal quality of xiongdanjiangre capsule.
