广州市海珠区学生流行性感冒防治知识知晓率调查

A knowledge Rate Survey of Influenza About Students at Haizhu District in Guangzhou City

目的了解海珠区在校学生对流行性感冒防治知识的知晓情况,以指导下一步的学校流感防治健康教育工作的开展。方法采用分层抽样,对18所小学和18所中学的学生进行关于流行性感冒防治知识知晓情况的问卷调查。结果学生对流感知识的知晓率为77.88%,小学生的知晓情况比中学生的知晓情况好;曾有流感样病例报告与没有流感样病例报告学校学生的知晓情况没有差异。结论在流行季节加强中小学校预防流感的健康教育工作是控制学校流感暴发最有效的途径之一;在开展预防流感的健康教育时,要加大学校领导对健康教育工作的重视程度和注重教育的效果,使工作落实到位;还应加强学校及托幼机构保健医生流感高发季节的业务培训。

OBJECTIVE to investigate the awareness of influenza about students at Haizhu District, point out the way how to carry on health education about influenza prevention and care at schools. METHODS Using stratified sampling, a questionnaire survey was conducted to the students in 18 junior schools and 18 secondary schools, RESULTS The knowledge rate of influenza about student was 77,88%. Pupils were better than the students in high school. The awareness of influenza were without statistical difference among the schools who had influenza-kind case and the schools who didn＇t. CONCLUSION It was the one of the best way to control the influenza to enhance the health education about influenza prevention in students in epidemic season. At carrying on the work, it must be done not only to accomplish the assignment but also to pay attention to the effect. At the that time , leaders attention and the training about the health care doctors in schools were importance.
