气雾消毒剂乙型肝炎表面抗原灭活效果试验研究

摘要 乙型肝炎表面抗原灭活试验是目前评价消毒剂杀灭乙肝病毒的简便易行的试验方法,分为悬液法和载体法。用它们对适合于空气及表面消毒的B、C型复合消毒雾剂进行评价。悬液法结果为:B型消毒液作用2min可将HBsAg灭活,C型消毒液作用5min达此效果,室温贮存1年,两型消毒液仍可在5min内破坏HBsAg抗原性。载体法结果显示,两型消毒液对载体上抗原的灭活时间均有所延长。 The destructive effects of two kinds of aerosol disinfectants on antigenicity of HBsAg were examined in laboratory. The results indicated that two kinds of disinfectants had obvi-ous destructive effects on antigenicity of purified HBsAg. Disinfectant B contains mainly glu-taraldehyde, benzalkonium and synergist, stabilizer, etc. It could destroy HBsAg after contact for 2 minutes. Disinfectant C contains mainly chlorhexidine acetate and ethanol, It could destroy the antigenicity HBsAg for 5 minutes.The results of experiments showed that the HBsAg on carrier is more difficult to be destroyed by disinfectants than that in suspension. Two disinfectants are stable after storage for 1 year at room temperature.
