摘要
于2003年1-4月在厦门市水产研究所前埔中试基地进行三疣梭子蟹人工繁殖与育苗工厂化生产技术实验.取闽南地区沿岸水域渔获的并经短期池塘蓄养的已交配雌蟹为亲体,在室内水泥池中饲育,使之抱卵、孵化.将部份孵化幼体放入6个13.5m^3的室内水泥池中进行培育,结果获得173.9万只Ⅰ-Ⅲ期幼蟹;育苗平均成活率53.2%(47.5%-67.8%);单位水体平均出苗量2.2万只/m^3(1.7-2.9万只/m^3).
An experiment on mass production of the blue crab (Portunus trituberculatus) seedling was carried out successfully from January, 2003 to April, 2003 in Xiamen. The female crabs that had copulated with male crabs were catched from the coastal waters of South Fujian and cultured in indoor pond for spitting and hatching. Then the larvae were put in six indoor ponds ( each of 13.5 m^3 ) for rearing. Out of them 1. 739 ×10^6 were growing up to Ⅰ-Ⅲ juvenile crab with the survival rate of 47.5 % - 76. 8 % ( average 53.2 % ). The juvenile crab number of per kiloliter water was 1.7 ×10^4 - 2. 9 × 10^4 ( average 2. 2 × 10^4 ).
